πŸš€ CSU Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) β€” Dual Admission
Made Permanent Through 2035–36 (SB 640)

TSP lets eligible students lock in a CSU admission guarantee while they are still at Norco β€” before they have even completed their transfer requirements. If you are a current or recent high school graduate who was redirected from CSU, this may be your fastest path to a guaranteed seat.

Who Qualifies
First-time college students who applied to a CSU and were redirected or not admitted
Students who enrolled at Norco directly from high school without ever attending a 4-year institution
Available at all 23 CSU campuses
What TSP Guarantees
Guaranteed CSU admission if you complete the outlined requirements within approximately 3 years
A specific CSU campus partner assignment at enrollment
A clear, personalized roadmap of exactly what to complete at Norco
Critical Dates
October 31 β€” TSP opt-in deadline (most campuses; some allow through November 30)
Opt-in happens through the CSU campus that invited you β€” check your original CSU application portal
Missing the deadline means waiting until the following fall to re-apply for the program
What to Do at Norco
Tell your Norco counselor you are on the TSP track β€” your SEP should align with TSP requirements
Maintain the GPA your TSP partner campus requires β€” typically 2.0 minimum but impacted campuses may require higher
Complete all required coursework outlined in your TSP agreement β€” missing even one item can void the guarantee
Bottom line: TSP is one of the most underused tools at Norco. If you came here straight from high school and a CSU was ever on your list, talk to your counselor this week β€” the October 31 deadline comes fast.

Understanding Your Financial Aid

Financial aid is not a bonus β€” for most community college students, it is the difference between being able to transfer and not. Do not miss the March 2 deadline.

Cal Grant A

CADAA (Dream Act)
For undocumented, DACA, TPS, or AB 540-eligible students. Access Cal Grants, BOGW, institutional scholarships. Same deadline: March 2. Norco does not share immigration status with federal agencies.
Board of Governors Fee Waiver
